SHIPPING POLICY


At FitRx Wellness, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within up to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via our trusted carriers and delivered within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather or carrier delays. You’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking details.

  • Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like weather or carrier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your patience.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.  We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
